Germanwings allows you to make changes to the names booked. If you cannot catch a flight you have booked, you can transfer your ticket to somebody else.
 
You can make name changes to tickets for all Germanwings flights up to 2 hours before departure. Try out our new service!

Here's how it works

You can make changes to names by quoting your booking code to the Germanwings call centre up to 2 hours before departure.

The cost for changing a name is €35 per person and booking. On domestic German flights add VAT. If the current flight fare is higher than the original fare, you must pay the difference.

The call centre is open daily from 5:00 to 23:00 on 0871 7029987. (Calls to this number will be charged at 0.10 GBP a minute. Mobile charges may be higher.)
